No puedes ser profeta en tu propia tierra.

Porque Jesús mismo dio testimonio de que el profeta no tiene honra en su propia tierra. (Juan 4:44)

No puedes ser profeta en tu propia tierra.

¿Por qué?

Tu tierra ha sido manchada por tu pasado y es un recuerdo constante de él.

Te juzgaran de acuerdo a tu pasado.

No pueden ver más allá de tu pasado y ver el potencial en ti.

Es una herramienta de desánimo, no puedes cambiar la opinión de la gente con tus palabras, tiene que ser cambiada con tus acciones y eso tomara tiempo.

Solo pueden ver quien eras y no pueden ver quien tú eres en Cristo.

Se hace muy fácil volver hacia tras cuando no hay nada en que esperar.

El propósito del rechazo en tu tierra:

Lanzará tu propósito en Dios.

Te empujara a rendirte o seguir hacia delante, ese resultado es tu decisión.

Dios necesita moldearte y sacar de ti cosas y separarte de lo que está causando tu caída espiritual en estos momentos y traerte a un lugar de restauración, edificación, y de una relación personal con él.

Necesitas moverte de tu área de comodidad y entrar en el área de la incomodidad donde tu potencial es refinado y puesto a buen uso.

Para que los discípulos pudiesen aprender y ser enseñados por Jesús ellos tuvieron que dejar su tierra, dejar sus trabajos/lo que sabían, por el amor y la voluntad de Dios padre.

Abraham tuvo que dejar su tierra para poder obtener la promesa que Dios tenia para él.

Noé fue levantado en su tierra y fue ignorado por su propia gente, siguió la voluntad de Dios y fue salvado de la destrucción a causa de su obediencia.

Los beneficios:

Caminas hacia tu propósito (los Israelitas caminaron hasta que lograron entrar en la tierra prometida)

Crecer y madurar en la palabra, tu relación con el Señor, y la voluntad de Dios para tu vida.

Te estas preparando para cuando Dios te ponga en esta tierra nuevamente para hablar su palabra, entender el rechazo, y escoger ser como Jesús a través del camino.

A lo suyo vino, pero los suyos no lo recibieron. Mas a todos los que lo recibieron, a quienes creen en su nombre, les dio potestad de ser hechos hijos de Dios. Estos no nacieron de sangre, ni por voluntad de carne, ni por voluntad de varón, sino de Dios. (Juan 1: 11-13) Jesús mismo fue rechazado por su gente, no porque haya hecho algo malo u obtenido una mala reputación, pero porque no seguía el criterio que ellos tenían en su mente de quien el hijo de Dios seria. Nació en portal-y esas no eran las mejores condiciones para un rey, por lo menos así es que ellos pensaban. Jesús era humilde, y aun así perdemos la importancia. El propósito del venir a esta tierra no era para sentarse en un trono, él estaba haciendo eso en el cielo !el vino a salvar nuestra alma de una muerta eterna! Él fue el sacrificio perfecto, y aun así en esos tiempos, la gente estaba más preocupada con la apariencia y donde y como Jesús vino al mundo que de la importancia del mensaje que el depositaba en sus almas.

No te desanimes cuando aquellos que son los más cercanos a ti rechazan el mensaje que le estás hablando; entiendan que ellos no pueden ver más allá de las barreras, solo Dios puede ver el corazón. Al entender esto también puedes comprender es mejor orar por tus seres queridos y dejar que tu TESTIMONIO hable por ti. No me malentiendan, si tienes el sentir de dar una palabra hágalo, pero cuando estas evangelizando y hablando de las grandezas de Dios, esas son las cosas que la gente con el cual te cruzas día a día NECESITA escuchar. Ellos necesitan saber que hay un Dios que es atento a su necesidad y le está extendiendo la mano; solo necesitan darle una oportunidad. Tenemos herramientas que el Señor no ha dejado en su palabra que nos ayudara en este caminar. Puede desanimarnos cuando hablamos de Dios y los que más amamos nos dan la espalda, pero cuando nos cruzamos con ciertas verdades y le pedimos a Dios que estratégicamente ponga a gente en las vidas de nuestros seres queridos para darles la oportunidad de tener un encuentro con su amor, entonces estamos entendiendo y fortaleciendo nuestra relación con el Señor.

Pero Jehová respondió a Samuel:-No mires a su parecer, ni a lo grande de su estatura, porque yo lo desecho; porque Jehová no mira lo que mira el hombre, pues el hombre mira lo que está delante de sus ojos, pero Jehová mira el corazón. (1 Samuel 16:7)

Permite el tiempo que Dios te ha sacado de esa tierra donde esta para colocarte en un lugar mejor. Un lugar donde habrá crecimiento, donde él pueda sacar aquellas cosas que están impidiendo tu caminar con él, es aquí donde puedes recibir fortaleza y prepárate para la batalla.

Dios me saco de donde estaba por un buen tiempo. Durante este tiempo él ha podido transformarme, cambiarme, y trabajar en mí en áreas donde no iba poder abrirme a él estando rodeada por las amistades que tenía. He podido tener un encuentro con el de tal manera que puedo decir que estoy firmemente establecida en la roca, con días malos y malos momentos, pero establecida en ese amor incondicional que me mantiene en pies. Es ahora cuando puedo pasar tiempo con estos amigos que Dios me tuvo que separar de ellos porque me ha dado una palabra que refresca, y ellos ven en mí un gozo que todavía no han podido encontrar en los caminos que están. Algunos han visitado mi iglesia y quieren tomar la decisión de cambiar su vida con la esperanza puesta en el Señor. Toda gloria es de Dios.

Oración
Padre te doy gracias por el proceso. Gracias porque me has sacado no para estar sola, sino para estar a solas contigo! Para conocerte, dependerte en ti, y permitir que me moldees. Ayúdame en este proceso, camina conmigo, y en los momentos que los necesite, cárgame por el proceso. No quiero mirar hacia tras, ¡quiero moverme hacia delante en ti! Mi TESTIMONIO hará impacto en las vidas de muchos porque tu palabra dice en 1 Juan 3:18 Hijitos míos, no amemos de palabra ni de lengua, sino de hecho y en verdad. ¡Los amare no solo con palabras sino con mis acciones!

You can’t be a prophet in your own land.

For Jesus Himself testified that a prophet has no honor in his own country. (John 4:44)

You can’t be a prophet in your own land

Why?

Your land has been tainted by your past and is a constant reminder of it.

They will judge you on based on your past.

They can’t look beyond your past and see the potential in you.

Are a tool of discouragement, you can’t change people’s opinions with your words, it must be done through actions and it will take time.

They only see who you were and can’t see who you are in Christ.

It is easy to go back when there is nothing to look forward to.

The purpose of the rejection in your land

It will launch your purpose in God.

Push you to give in or move forward, that outcome is up to you.

God needs to mold you and take things out and separate you from what is causing your spiritual downfall right now and transition you to a place of restoration, edification, and of a personal relationship with him.

You need to move from your comfort zone and get into the discomfort where your potential is refined and put to good use.

In order for the disciples to be taught and learn from Jesus they had to leave their land, they had to leave their jobs/what they knew, for the love and will of God the father.

Abraham had to leave his land in order to obtain the promises God had for him.

Noah was lifted up in his land and ignored, he followed God’s will and was saved for being obedient.

The benefits:

You walk into your purpose (The Isrealites walked into their promise land)

Grow and mature in the word, your relationship, and the will of God for your life.

You are prepared for when God puts you back in this land to speak his word, understand the rejection, and choose to be like Jesus throughout it.

He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. (John 1:11-13) Jesus himself was rejected by his people, not because he had done anything wrong or had obtained a bad reputation, but because he didn’t fit the standards, or criteria, that they had made up in their mind about who the son of God would be. He was born in a manger-those weren’t the right conditions for a king, so they thought. Jesus was humble, see we miss the importance. The purpose for him to come to this earth wasn’t to sit on a throne, he was doing that in heaven already; he came to save our soul from eternal death! He was the perfect sacrifice, and yet even back then, people were more concerned with appearance and the logistics of where he came from and where he was born instead of being concerned with the message that he was preaching to their souls.

Don’t be discouraged when those closest to you reject the message that you are speaking; understand that they can’t see past the barriers, only God can look at your heart. In understanding this you can also comprehend that it is best to pray for your loved ones and let your TESTIMONY do the talking. Don’t misunderstand me, if you have the urge to give a word then do so, but when you are evangelizing and speaking of the greatness of God, those are the things that people you come across on a day to day basis NEED to hear. They need to know that there is a God who is attentive to their need and is reaching out to them; they need to only give him an opportunity. We have tools that the Lord has left us through the word that would aid us in our walk. It can get discouraging when we speak of God and all we get is the cold shoulder, but when we come across certain truths and ask God to strategically place people in the lives of our loved ones to allow them the opportunity to have an encounter with his love, then we are understanding and strengthening our relationship with the Lord.

But the LORD said to Samuel, "Do not look at his appearance or at his physical stature, because I have refused him. For [the LORD does] not [see] as man sees; [fn] for man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart." (1 Samuel 16:7)

Allow the time that God has taken to take you out of your land and place you in a better place. A place to grow, a place where he can take out of you those things that hinder your walk with him, it is here where you can be strengthened and prepared for the battle.

God took me out of where I was for a long time. During this time he has been able to transform me, change me, and work things out in me that I couldn’t have been open to if I were surrounded by the same group of friends. I have been able to have such an encounter with him that I can say I am firmly grounded on the rock, with bad days and bad moments, but grounded on that unconditional love that keeps me going. It is now where my I am starting to have time for these friends that I was separated from by God because he has given me a refreshing word, and they see in me a true happiness that they have yet to find in the walks that they’re in. Many have visited my home church and are deciding to make life changing decisions in hopes to follow the Lord. And all the Glory goes to God!

Today I encourage you to allow this truth to be stamped in your heart and to seek the guidance of God. If it’s time to take a trip outside of your land because he desires to be alone with you then allow him to do so. The results are amazing and it is for your best interest.

Prayer

Father I thank you for my process. Thank you because you have taken me out not to be alone, but to be alone with you! To get to know you, to depend on you, and to allow your hand to mold me. Please help me through the process, walk with me, and in the times that I may need, carry me through. I don’t want to look back, I want to move ahead in you! My TESTIMONY will impact the lives of many for your word says in 1John 3:18 My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth. I will love them not just with words but with actions!
